This policy explains what information R.A. Government Services (RGS, LLC, "we") collects when you use our website, the RGS app and the GSA catalog, and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password, or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Quotes and orders: your agency or organization, phone number, shipping and purchase order details, and the items you request.
- Messages: what you write to us through the contact form, order messages and the help desk.
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data, such as which pages are opened, used to keep the service running and improve it.
- Sign-in tokens stored on your device so you stay signed in.
- We do not use advertising trackers and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use it
- To answer inquiries, prepare quotes, process and ship orders, and provide support.
- To send you emails about your orders, quotes and help desk tickets.
- To keep accounts secure, including optional two-step verification.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your information.
- We share it only with service providers that run the service for us (app hosting and database by Base44, and email delivery), with suppliers and carriers when needed to fill your order, and when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your information
- We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and as needed for government contract record-keeping.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account menu (Delete account). This removes your sign-in and personal profile. Order records we are required to keep may be retained.
- You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@ragovernmentservices.com.
Children
- The service is for government buyers and businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
- If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
