These terms apply when you use the R.A. Government Services website, the RGS app and the GSA catalog (the "service"), operated by RGS, LLC. By using the service you agree to them.
Using the service
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accurate information about yourself and your organization.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not try to disrupt the service, access other people's accounts or data, or copy the catalog for resale.
Quotes, orders and pricing
- Catalog prices and descriptions are provided for convenience and may change. A quote or order is confirmed only when we accept it.
- Purchases under GSA Schedule MAS 47QSMS25D00AR are governed by the terms of that contract and your agency's order. If these terms conflict with the contract, the contract controls.
Content
- The text, images, logos and catalog on the service belong to RGS, LLC, our partners or our suppliers, and may not be reused without permission.
Disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- To the extent the law allows, RGS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Ending use
- You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
